Joy's cottage is really warm, snug, and peaceful. We had a lovely week doing local walks and enjoying the scenery. We hope to return again soon. - John R

We stayed here as we were going to the Royal Welsh Show, although it is 40 mins drive from Builth Wells it's worth it for the beautiful scenery and so peaceful, your only neighbours are sheep and chickens, very secluded, phone signal and internet are poor but you can get it if you're patient, but if you want to get away from it all it's perfect, the accommodation is comfortable with 2 armchairs a kitchenette with all you could need, a comfortable double bed and large wet room, breakfast can be arranged if required, we enjoyed the mix of going to busy places and returning to total peace- David A

Very pleasant place to stay, near middle of breacons. Lovely views very quite. In summer wood be great to sit out in garden. Has everything you need.- Mark E
